1. Introduction
1.1. This document was prepared by Coffee Source, spol. s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "CS company") as
administrator of personal data in order to fulfill the obligation according to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)
to inform its buyers and potential buyers as subjects of personal data about the circumstances
processing within the framework of their contractual and commercial relationship (hereinafter referred to as "contractual relationship") with spol.
CS.
1.2. This document applies to all buyers and potential buyers (hereinafter
"buyer") spol. CS, who are natural persons, and whose personal data spol. CS processes v
position of personal data administrator. All buyers are provided with this document at closing
contract or during another first act performed in relation to the company. CS. Company C S is mandatory
ensure that all buyers familiarize themselves with the content of the document and provide them with it
additional information needed for full understanding.
2. Processing of personal data based on the fulfillment of a contractual obligation
2.1. Company CS processes the buyer's personal data to the extent it obtained them at the time of closing
contract or in the course of it. The standard scope of processed personal data is:

2.1.3. place of business / residential address
2.1.4. bank account number
2.1.5. telephone number
2.1.6. email address
2.2. The buyer acknowledges that the processing of personal data according to this Article 2 is processing of personal data
data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract to which the buyer is a party. To the extent determined by legal
accounting regulations, the processing of the buyer's personal data is necessary for the purposes of legal compliance
the obligation that is imposed on the company CS, as the administrator of personal data, applies. Provided these
personal data of the buyer is mandatory, and without this data the company cannot CS fulfill its
obligation according to special legal regulations, and therefore cannot negotiate a relevant one with the buyer
contract or remain in a contractual relationship.
2.3. The processed personal data is obtained directly from the buyer. Personal data according to this Article 2 are
spol. C S processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and after its termination until the time of fulfillment
all obligations, with the contractual relationship related. Personal data processed within
accounting documents are spol. CS processed as part of fulfilling the duty of archiving accountants
documents for the period established by legal regulations on accounting.
2.4. Personal data of the buyer according to this Article 2. is spol. CS is authorized to process within the scope
resulting from the mentioned article, exclusively for the purposes mentioned in article 2.2.
2.5. Personal data according to this Article 2 is spol. CS is obliged to hand over to state administration bodies within
fulfillment of an obligation according to special legal regulations (in particular to the relevant tax administrator for the purpose
fulfillment of the obligation according to Act. on accounting, Act on income tax and Act on VAT), and also contractual
partners in cases where this obligation results from a contract concluded with the contracting party
partner. The buyer's personal data is not passed on by the company. CS to any third countries outside the EU.
3. Processing of personal data based on business relationships
3.1. Collected business data is used for the purposes of technical website management, web analytics,
as part of surveys or for marketing purposes, always only to a reasonable extent. Assignment
personal data to state institutions and authorities follows only within the framework of binding legal regulations.
3.2. The buyer's personal data is used to keep us informed about offers or
services provided by the company CS, possibly for further communication within the framework of our business strategy.
3.3. Participation in information of this type is completely voluntary and if the buyer is not interested in information
of this type, can contact spol. CS and unsubscribe from them at any time. In the case of e-mail
communication can do so in the footer of every business message.
3.4. In order to facilitate the orientation and movement of the buyer, the buyer on the website of spol. CS, is used
storing cookie files in the buyer's browser. Cookies can be used to find out whether
the buyer visited the website of the company from his computer. CS. Only cookies per computer are identified
from the buyer. The buyer can deactivate the use of cookies in his internet browser.
4. Information on the terms of personal data processing spol. CS
4.1. Company CS is entitled to process personal updates manually or
automatically through authorized employees or a specialized company
in the position of processor of personal data (in particular management of the accounting and tax agenda, carriers,
provision of server hosting and other external IT services, sending commercial and
marketing messages). Personal data will be processed in the form of secure databases and
they will be stored in electronic or physical folders with limited access by third parties.
4.2. Company CS secures processed personal data using organizational, physical, etc
software means of security, in particular through the setting of access rights
employees to relevant information systems, physical security of premises and data
carriers and means of software protection against unauthorized access to data
via the internet. The personal data protection rules are established by a special internal regulation
spol. CS.
5. Information on the buyer's rights in the context of personal data processing
5.1. The buyer has the right to demand from the company CS to give him access to his processed
personal data in the form of a statement of all processed personal data in relation to individuals
processing purposes. The buyer is also entitled to request information about processors,
processing on the basis of an agreement with spol. CS his personal data.
5.2. In the event that the buyer believes that the company CS processes his personal data in violation of s
concluded contract or with legal regulations, is entitled to spol. C S request
explanation and arrangement of remedy. If the company processes CS inaccurate personal data of the buyer, is this
entitled to demand their correction.
5.3. The buyer is entitled to demand from the company CS erasure of his personal data, puodk these
the personal data are no longer needed for the specified processing purposes, the buyer has withdrawn his consent
with the processing of personal data and there is no other reason for this processing, or when
the buyer has objected to the processing of personal data and there are no overriding reasons
for processing.
5.4. The buyer is entitled to demand from the company CS limitation of personal data processing in case
when the buyer denies the accuracy of the processed personal data, for the time required to
that the company CS could verify the accuracy of the processed data, or the processing of personal data
according to the buyer is unlawful and the latter refuses to delete personal data, or spol. CS
does not need the personal data for the specified purposes of processing, but the buyer requires them for determining,
exercise or defense of legal claims.
5.5. In the event that the company CS processes the buyer's personal data based on his consent
the buyer is entitled to raise an objection to the processing of this personal data if he also states
reasons related to his specific situation. Company C S is obliged to process the objection
terminate the data, unless it proves that the reason for the processing consisting in the protection of its interests prevails
over the interests and freedoms of the buyer.
5.6. In case of suspicion that the company CS processes the buyer's personal data in violation of the law
regulations or the contract, the buyer can report this fact to e-mail:

buyer, he is entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for
personal data protection (www.uoou.cz).
