Personal subscriptions
Personal subscriptions are possible, but can no longer be ordered through the shop, because of the large number of missed shipments, all the goods are in stock in a physical store.

Transport to the EU countries

DPD according their actuall price list, see in checkout, credit card payment, wire paymnet within 24-48 hours, if we receive your order by 12:00 pm, pay directly to the courier upon receipt of the consignment
We always strive to follow in handling your shipments quickly, so shipping time does not exceed the amount specified by us delivery time.

Complaints - EXCHANGE OF GOODS
If you have received the package and find that the goods you ordered does not suit you, or not quite to your liking, so do not worry, we will replace it or refund your money. In accordance with the law has the right customers to exchange goods within 14 days of receipt of goods without giving a reason. If you choose to exchange so always proceed as follows:

Include a copy of the invoice + cover letter with the text: Request for exchange of goods ....
the accompanying letter also mention your address, telephone, email and account number to which to return the money. If you do not have an account, money will be sent in the form of bills.

The goods must be in original packaging and able to be sold. Exchange does not apply to shipping, returns always the price of goods. The first exchange is performed free! This means that you only pay the postage to us, pay the postage back.
