Shipping policy
Personal subscriptions
Personal collection is possible at the Prague branch - Štěrboholská street, but only in case of payment in advance. Orders that are not paid for in advance will not be ready at the branch or we will contact you regarding an additional payment in advance.
Transport in the Czech Republic
When ordering over 500 CZK, we provide transportation for free across all carriers. When ordering up to CZK 499 (inclusive), shipping is charged according to the following price list:
- DPD with card payment - CZK 109
- DPD with cash on delivery - 134 CZK
- GLS with card payment - CZK 75
- GLS with cash on delivery - 100 CZK
- Post office - choosing a delivery point after completing the order - 85 CZK
- Czech Post - Mail package - CZK 89
- Czech Post - Parcel in hand - CZK 109
You choose one of the above-mentioned shipping options during the checkout process.
We always try to process your shipments as quickly as possible, so that the delivery time on working days does not exceed the delivery time of 24-48 hours.
Transport outside the Czech Republic (Slovakia, Poland)
When ordering outside the Czech Republic for Slovakia and Poland, shipping is charged according to the following price list:
- GLS - CZK 199
You choose the shipping option during the order at checkout.
Transport outside the Czech Republic (Germany, Austria)
When ordering outside the Czech Republic for Germany and Austria, shipping is charged according to the following price list:
- DPD - 249 CZK

Shipping outside the above countries
We currently do not provide shipping outside of the above countries.
