Complaint - EXCHANGE OF GOODS
If you have received the shipment and find that the goods you ordered are small, large or not quite to your liking, do not despair, we will be happy to exchange them or refund your money. In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to exchange goods within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. If you decide to exchange, always proceed as follows:
- put a copy of the invoice + cover letter in the package with the text: I request to exchange the goods for ....
- on the cover letter, also state your address, phone, email and account number to which you want to return the money. If you do not have an account, the money will be sent to you in the form of a money order.
- send the shipment to the address indicated on the invoice
The goods must be in their original packaging and able to be resold. Exchanges do not include postage, only the price of the goods is returned. We do the first exchange for free! This means you only pay postage to us, not postage back.
You can keep the package with gift items in the event of an exchange.
In no case do not send the goods back for cash on delivery!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have received the shipment and find that the goods you ordered are small, large or not quite as you expected, do not despair, we will be happy to exchange them or refund your money. In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. If you decide to withdraw from the contract, always proceed as follows:
- put in the package a copy of the invoice + a cover letter with the text: I withdraw from the contract and request a refund
- on the cover letter, also state your address, phone, email and account number to which you want to return the money. If you do not have an account, the money will be sent to you in the form of a money order.
- send the shipment to the address indicated on the invoice
The goods must be able to be resold. The refund does not apply to postage, only the price of the goods is returned.
You can keep the package with the gift items if you return the goods.

Complaint goods
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- improper use of goods
- mechanical damage or normal wear and tear
- damage by fire and other elements
If a defect is detected, the goods must be stopped and a claim made immediately. If you do not do so and the defect increases with subsequent use, you run the risk that your claim will not be acknowledged or repaired by the importer.
Send the goods to the address indicated on the invoice. Attach a copy of the invoice, a cover letter with your address, telephone number and a brief explanation of how and what caused the defect to the goods.
In no case do not send the goods back for cash on delivery!
