Dark chocolate from selected cocoa beans from Semuliki Forest in Uganda with coffee. This is the first coffee chocolate from the Mišina chocolate brand! We added two selected African coffees Kenya Massai and Ethiopia Suke Quto to the chocolate. Enjoy the perfect combination of fruity flavor notes in this limited edition. Three single origin ingredients in one.
Organic Semuliki Forest cocoa beans come from smaller farms, are centrally fermented for 6-7 days and sun-dried for 6-8 days. You will find flavors of caramel and figs in them.
The Kenya Massai coffee harvest comes from small farms located in the center of the country, south of Mount Kenya, on the high plateaus of Kiambu, reaching an altitude of 1900 m above sea level. Kenyan producers are small farmers grouped into cooperatives. In this coffee you will find taste notes of rhubarb, raspberry and lime. The second coffee is from Ethiopia's Suke Quto farm in the Guji region. You will find taste notes of tangerine, jasmine and chocolate in it. Both coffees gave the chocolate great freshness of fruit and fine acidity.
