In the second row, they must have at least 80 points in the tasting. Conditions for inclusion in the so-called standard classification method: the moisture content of green coffee must be in the range of 10-12%, the grain size must not deviate by 5% from the declared value, the number of primary and secondary defects must not exceed the specified amount , see here .
