Hario V60 Drip-Assist Drip-Assist is an attachment for the Hario V60-02. This useful tool is designed to simplify the process of coffee preparation.

Drip - Assist was created by Hario in collaboration with Pete Licata, 2013 World Barista Champion. The shape of the attachment resembles the shower heads used in filter coffee machines. Its function is to evenly distribute the water on the surface of the ground coffee, which will ensure a more uniform extraction.
Drip-Assist is made from a high-quality polymer that is safe for food contact. It has holes of two sizes - those with a larger diameter in the middle part and smaller ones on the outside. Larger holes allow fast water flow, especially recommended for pre-infusion, while outer holes allow slow water flow. Water flows into the middle section when the outer ring is full, protecting the user from overflowing.
