When preparing the drip, it is necessary to pour enough hot water over the paper filter to minimize the unwanted taste of the filter paper. Pour 50 ml of water over the coffee and let it develop for 30 seconds. After the pre-infusion, pour the coffee in a circular motion from the periphery of the filter to the center in a counter-clockwise direction. The total extraction time is 3 min.
