A vacuum is created in the lower container, which soaks all the water through the filter into the bottom containers. The result is a very clean coffee without hints sludge and dirt.
Product description:
As the water in the lower container is gradually heated, it turns into steam and expands upwards through the tube into the upper container. The water, which is always below 100°C, is mixed with finely ground coffee for approximately 1 minute. After the heat source is removed, the vapor begins to change back to a liquid. A vacuum is created in the lower container, which sucks all the water through the filter into the lower container. The result is very clean coffee with no traces of sludge or impurities.
