Coffee subscription is a product based on the principle of regular shipments of freshly roasted coffee at the frequency of sending:
- 1x a week
- 1x in 2 weeks
- 1x in 3 weeks
- 1x per month
for an indefinite period until canceled at the buyer's option.
The customer has a choice of 2 subscription products:
- Coffee Source coffee blend subscription
- Coffee Source premium coffee subscription
Blend subscription - does not represent any variable, after selecting a blend, it will be sent regularly
Premium coffee subscription – if the situation arises that the coffee set up and sent is no longer on sale, the customer has a choice of coffees based on destination (country of cultivation) and processing method (dry, washed, anaerobic)
How does our coffee subscription work?
You do not pay in advance for the coffee subscription, but the system will automatically generate an order of the set choice, about which the customer will be informed by email, as when creating a new order, all other communication will have the character of a classic order (transactional email about creation, sending including the tracking number of the shipment). The form of payment is set by CARD, precisely because of automatic generation, and you do not pay in advance, but always after the order is issued.
Coffee is sent regularly after the first order according to the selected frequency.

Subscriptions are only available for the Czech Republic and only in Czech.
The seller reserves the right to change the subscription prices or cancel the subscription.
If the payment transaction does not go through, our system will automatically try to credit the payment for 5 consecutive days and if the payment does not go through, the subscription will be suspended.
Postage for individual shipments of the subscription is charged separately according to the amount of the order. All subscriptions are processed through the carrier GLS. The subscription can be suspended for any period of time (holidays, vacations), canceled completely or the frequency of sending can be changed in the customer account. The buyer is obliged to notify the seller of changes in the delivery data (address, telephone number, email address) during the subscription period.
