Product description:

1. Pour approx. 30g of ground drip coffee into a paper filter (ratio 1:15 ground coffee to water weight)
2. Pour hot water over the filter
3. fill with water at a temperature of 91°C-93°C, (experiment with the water temperature)

When preparing the drip, it is necessary to pour enough hot water over the paper filter to minimize the unwanted taste of the filter paper. Pour 50 ml of water over the coffee and let the coffee brew for 30 seconds. After the pre-infusion, pour the coffee in a circular motion from the periphery of the filter to the center in a counter-clockwise direction. The total extraction time is 3 min.
